Shipping & Returns
How we send your pieces, and how to send them back.
Where we ship from
All orders are packed and sent from Abuja, Nigeria.
Shipping worldwide
We ship worldwide. Orders over ₦200,000 ship complimentary. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination.
Delivery times
Within Nigeria, orders usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. International orders usually take 7 to 14 working days. Made to order and personalized pieces are produced for you first and take a little longer; we confirm the timeline at checkout.
Duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
Once your order leaves us you will receive a tracking reference by email, so you can follow it to your door.
How to start a return
Email vibesnstylesz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will send you return instructions and the address.
What can be returned
Unworn pieces in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Made to order, personalized and monogrammed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except where faulty.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for another size where stock allows. If the size you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the piece is faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and make it right.
Care
Our artwork is printed by hand. Wash cold and inside out, or dry clean, and never iron directly on the print.
