These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of Vibes & Styles pieces.
About these terms
This website is operated by Vibes & Styles, a fashion house based in Abuja, Nigeria. By using the site or buying from our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You are responsible for any duties or taxes applied on import.
Shipping and delivery
We ship from Abuja, Nigeria. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made to order and personalized pieces are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is received.
Made to order and personalized pieces
Pieces that are made to order, monogrammed or otherwise personalized are produced for you alone and cannot be returned or exchanged except where faulty.
Digital twins
Some pieces include a digital twin. The twin is a record of the piece and its story. It does not change your rights in the physical garment, and it is provided as-is, subject to the network it lives on.
Intellectual property
All artwork, illustrations, photography, text and marks on this site and on our pieces belong to Vibes & Styles. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you use the site.
